By scoring cricket matches and tournaments on SmartScorer, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish your content on the SmartScorer platform (website, apps, etc.), including anything reasonably related to publishing it, such as storing, displaying, reformatting, aggregating, and distributing it.

In consideration for SmartScorer granting you access to and use of the platform, you agree that SmartScorer may display advertising on the platform, including in connection with your content or other information. We may also use your content to promote SmartScorer and sell premium features by aggregating, normalizing, and enriching your scores.

We reserve all rights in the appearance and feeling of SmartScorer. Parts of SmartScorer are licensed under third-party open source license. We can also offer some of our codes under an Open Source license. For other parts of SmartScorer, you cannot copy, change or adapt any part of our code or visual design elements (including logo) without written permission from SmartScorer, unless permitted by law.

You can't do any of the following, or try:

- Access or tamper with non-public sectors of services, our computer systems, or our technical suppliers.
- Use or search available interfaces (e.g., API) in ways other than provided.
- Forge a portion of TCP/IP packet headers in email or posts, or use services to send misleading source information.
- Interfere with or disrupt access to any user, host, or network, including viruses, overload, spamming, flooding, or scripts that create an undue burden.
- Scrape the services (crawling is allowed if done according to our robots.txt).

We can change, eliminate, or limit access to any aspect of services at any time without notice.

By using the Services, you agree to allow SmartScorer to collect and use information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

If you are outside the Republic of India, you consent to SmartScorer transferring, storing, and processing your information (including your personal information and content) in and out of the Republic of India.

By using SmartScorer, you agree to follow these Rules and Policies. If you do not, we may remove content, or suspend or delete your account.

By using the Services, you agree to provide SmartScorer with all permissions and rights necessary for the limited use of your Intellectual Property, including, but not limited to, your Trademarks, Trade Names, Logos, and other proprietary content, for the purpose of providing the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranty. SmartScorer provides the Services “as is.” You use them at your own risk and discretion. They do not come with any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability. SmartScorer shall not be liable to you for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including if the Services are hacked, unavailable, or otherwise impaired. This includes all types of damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary) and all kinds of legal claims, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or any other loss.

No Waiver. If SmartScorer does not exercise a particular right under these Terms, that does not waive that right.

Severability. If any provision in these terms is found invalid by a competent court, the court should try to enforce the parties' intentions reflected in the provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by laws in India. You agree that any dispute arising from services should be brought to the court in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Entire Agreement. These conditions (including any referenced documents) constitute the complete agreement between SmartScorer and you regarding the services.

Any disagreement or grievances regarding content, commentary, or breaches of these Terms shall be addressed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below:

Any issue raised with the designated Grievance Officer will be acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours of submission. SmartScorer will resolve the grievance within one (1) month of the original communication.
