Terms And Conditions

For a one-time or ongoing fee, as appropriate, Hensolutions ("SmartScorer") grants access to specific premium features or material (collectively referred to as "Paid Services").
These SmartScorer Paid Terms of Service ("Paid Service Terms") govern your transactions and use of the Paid Services.
You accept these Paid Service Terms, as well as SmartScorer's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Rules, and all other terms and conditions that apply to the SmartScorer App and Website (collectively, the "Terms"), by using any Paid Service.
Please carefully read the terms. If you don't agree with or don't understand any of the Paid Services, you can't use them.
Charges
Paid service costs are assessed as one-time charges. Depending on the option chosen at the time of purchase, the subscription period may be monthly, quarterly, or annual. As soon as the payment has been successfully processed, you will have access to the Paid Services.
Payment
Payment methods that are available at the time of purchase, such as mobile wallets and any additional options we occasionally offer, are accepted by SmartScorer. By using the selected payment method, you consent to abide by any applicable Terms of Service or legal agreements, whether they are with SmartScorer, a payment provider, or any other third party.

SmartScorer does not provide price protection or reimbursements in the event that a paid service's price is subsequently lowered or included in a promotional offer. Prices for paid services are subject to change at any time. With the exception of any applicable free trial period, you agree to pay for any Paid Services you get.

The offer of paid services, which includes all relevant taxes, bank fees, and conversion fees for currency, will be charged by SmartScorer using the payment method you have chosen. You authorize SmartScorer to charge the payment method registered at the beginning of each invoicing cycle to automatically renew your membership.

If the payment method is invalid (such as an expired credit card) and the payment fails, SmartScorer may stop your access to the Paid Services until you update your payment information. Your subscription and access to the Paid Services may be terminated by SmartScorer if the payment method is not changed in a timely manner.
Taxes
You will be billed at the time of purchase or at another appropriate time if SmartScorer is obligated to collect or pay any taxes associated with your purchase of Paid Services. If necessary, you are also responsible for submitting and paying all taxes related to the use of purchase and payment services.

These taxes can be included on the basis of the procurement nation, GST, tariff, customs or other taxes (except for income tax), with related penalties or interest.
Guidelines for Cancellation and Reimbursement
You can stop using your payment services at any time. You have the opportunity to cancel your payment service membership at any time before the end of the current billing cycle if it is set to renew automatically. The cancellation will be effective with the later billing period unless SmartScorer specifies otherwise.

You will be able to use the Paid Service until the end of the current payment cycle. Unused days within the current payment period will not be eligible for credits or refunds.

Unless SmartScorer determines otherwise at its sole discretion, all subscription costs are final and non-refundable. Your subscription and access to Paid Services may be instantly terminated without warning or reimbursement if SmartScorer reasonably concludes that you have violated these terms.

SmartScorer No-Refund Policy
At SmartScorer, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations.

Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is successfully completed for any SmartScorer service, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review your order before making the purchase.

In case of any technical issues or downtime on the SmartScorer website, refunds will not be available.
Permission
You can only use Paid Services for non-commercial, personal use. Although there is no salary, you agree not to use any payment service for public benefits unless permitted by law.

You get a limited, non-exclusive license from SmartScorer to use Paid Services. These conditions, except for rights granted to you, reserve all rights, titles, and interests in Paid Services to SmartScorer and its licensors.

Your license may be terminated immediately, and SmartScorer has the right to cancel access to services and/or your account without refund or notice if SmartScorer reasonably concludes that you have violated these terms.
Boundary
You cannot try to use Paid Services in the following ways:

- Use Paid Services in a way that is illegal.
- Provide unauthorized access to Paid Services or share your SmartScorer account information.
- Rent, sell, copy, or sublicense Paid Services to a third party.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security measures used to protect Paid Services.
- Use Paid Services with unapproved funds.
- Remove or replace legal notices or labels.
- Provide false or misleading information to hide your identity or location.
Change or Expiry of Paid Services
The availability of any Paid Service may be changed, suspended, or closed at any time by SmartScorer without prior notice. SmartScorer will not be held responsible for these changes or discontinuations.
Change in Terms of Paid Services
These Paid Service conditions can be changed at any time by SmartScorer.
Interactions
You consent to receiving messages from SmartScorer through your registered mobile number or other communication channels if you use the Paid Services.

These communications may include newsletters, feature updates, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys.

SmartScorer does not send spam.

Your Responsibility
You admit that you take full responsibility for any Paid Service, including all outcomes such as violations of service conditions and any damages to SmartScorer.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid payment method and pay all fees on time.

When you agree to these conditions online, you and SmartScorer enter into a legally binding agreement.
Restriction
The full liability of SmartScorer for your use of Paid Services will be no more than the money actually received from you for such services, subject to law.
Regulatory Law and Authority
The laws of Surat, Gujarat, India, govern these Paid Service conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

If you disagree with revised terms, SmartScorer has the right to terminate your access to Paid Services.
